Is this the same as the basic Olive Grove option?
No. The basic Olive Grove is the more accessible/walkable option from €300/person. The Private Olive Terrace is positioned as a more premium hosted experience from €500/person.
Will we receive the exact location?
Yes, after availability is confirmed. We keep the precise meeting point private to preserve logistics, access and guest flow.
What happens if it is cloudy?
The eclipse is a natural phenomenon and clear skies cannot be guaranteed. If the experience runs as planned, the gathering, food and hosted flow still take place. Safety or force-majeure cancellations are handled according to the booking terms.
Is food included?
Yes. The experience includes a Mediterranean aperitif or meal with local products. Dietary needs can be discussed before confirmation.
Can we reserve the whole terrace privately?
Yes. A private buyout is available for groups of up to 12–15 adults. This gives your group exclusive use of the terrace and a calmer, more private eclipse experience. Pricing starts from €6,000 per private group.
Is the terrace adults only?
Yes. This option is positioned as an adults-only experience to preserve the calm atmosphere, safety flow, wine/food setting and contemplative rhythm of the evening.

Booking terms & conditions

Reservation & payment. To secure your spot, a deposit equal to 50% of the total price is required at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before the event date.

Cancellation. Cancellations more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a refund of payments made beyond unrecoverable fees. Within 30 days, the deposit is normally non-refundable because capacity and logistics are committed.

Weather. Clear skies cannot be guaranteed. If the experience takes place as planned, refunds are not issued due to cloud cover. If we must cancel for safety, legal restrictions or force majeure, we offer an alternative arrangement or refund according to the agreed terms.
